One of the UK's largest independent specialist headphone and portable-audio retailers, notable for a dedicated luxury demo showroom where customers can audition headphones, amps, DACs and DAPs before buying. Grew out of the 1980s mail-order cable business Custom Cable and is the headphone/portable-audio arm of the long-running New Malden hi-fi retailer Unilet Sound & Vision. Also associated with the London "headroom" headphone show and "Indulgence" audio events.

Positions itself as one of the UK’s biggest independent headphone, portable audio and accessories retailers, offering a luxury demo space for headphones, headphone amps, DACs, DAPs and streaming components. It began in the mid-1980s as the mail-order cable/accessory business “Custom Cable,” went online in 2003, added e-commerce in 2005, expanded into headphones and portable audio, and rebranded to Audio Sanctuary (announced 5 August 2016). It operates as the headphone/portable-audio arm of Unilet Sound & Vision, a long-established New Malden A/V retailer, from the same premises.
